PVBS Fine Arts Competitions
The Pleasant View Baptist School is a proponent of students involvement in Fine Arts. We believe that this promotes students to develop talents and also prepares them for service to the Lord. Students in grades 7-12 are required to participate in at least one category in a Fall Fine Arts Competition, and students in grades 3-12 are required to participate in at least one individual category in TACS State Spring competition.
Independent Baptist Fine Arts Competition
November 14th - 15th, 2019
All students grades 7th - 12th are required to enter at least one individual category. The cost for each entry is $5. Students entering more that 6 categories will only have to pay a maximum of $30.
TACS District Competition
March 6th, 2020
Students in grades 3rd - 12th are required to enter at least one individual category. The cost for each entry is $7. We will be hosting a State Competition fundraiser in the Spring to cover the cost of group vocal entries.
TACS State Competition
Those students who qualify at the TACS District Competition will be attending the TACS State Competition. This event will be held March 19th - 20th in Murfreesboro, TN. More information regarding this event will be released at a later date.
