Dress Code:
The dress code for both days at Competition is Sunday best. ALL school dress code requirements apply to State Competition as well. If you cannot wear it to school, you cannot wear it to Competition.
The attire for all students (including elementary) competing in group events for State Competition will be:
Boys: Black suits, black ties, white dress shirts, black dress socks and Black dress shoes. (no white soles)
If you are struggling to find a black suit, please let us know.
We do have some black dress shoes for the boys. If you need a loaner pair please contact the office and let us know what size you will need.
Girls: All girls will be assigned a performance dress from the school (including Elementary). They are required to wear a slip, black undershirt, hose or knee highs and black dress shoes or heels (no boots).
Students are permitted to change out of their group attire after the group event but please keep in mind that all school dress code rules apply to State competition, including, dangle earrings, hose or knee highs must be worn for girls, no white or tennis shoe style sole on shoes, no worldly hairstyles, etc.
All guests attending State Competition are expected to abide by the School dress code standards.
Rule of thumb: if its questionable, its out of the question. When in doubt, DON'T.
If you have any questions, please contact the office.
Lunch:
The Franklin Road Christian School junior class
will sell packaged food items on Thursday and Friday, for example,
Chick-Fil-A sandwiches, pizza, chips, cookies, etc. Please plan on eating lunch
on-site. Purchasing lunch on-site is a small way to compensate Franklin Road
for use of their facilities.
